Description
XK-SG1500 is a efficient thermal management material, applying to highly integrated, highly intelligent, limited space, high power consumption products. When it will not be able to use the active cooling materials, XK-SG1500 thermal spreading film is preferred. At present, the thermal conductivity in horizontal direction of some products can reach to 1600 W/mK at the thinnest thickness of 0.017 mm, also it is customized.

XK-SG1500 provides exceptional heat spreading performance, rapidly spreading heat from heat concentrated components, cooling components or devices down. It adapts extrem low temperature and high temperature of 3000 centigrade or 120centigrade with a coating film, without aging, brittleness and permeability of gas and liquid.
