XK-P15LD is low density, low hardness thermal pad with a thermal conductivity of 1.5W/mK. It is highly conformable that can improve interface contact and heat transfer. Suitable for EV battery pack and electronics thermal management. This material is fiberglass reinforced for excellent puncture, shear and tear resistance.
