Description
XK-C20 is a high thermal performance phase change material with a thermal conductivity of 2.0W/mK, the product is solid pad at room temperature for ease assembly, above its phase change temperature, it will soften and wet out interfaces, producing lower thermal impedance, no pump out or drip off.
