Description
XK-F20ST is a thermally conductive, excellent electrically insulating thermal interface material with thermal conductivity of 2.3W/mK. It is naturally tacky on one or two side(s) for ease of use and it is repositionable. This material is conformable and exhibits exceptional thermal performance at low mounting forces. It's ideal for application between power unit and its heat sink.
